I am an Honorary Fellow at Bangor University. With a background in forestry, I work mainly with businesses and governments to help them understand their impact and reliance on the environment and nature. I also work on the role of policy and regulation in gaining action from business and the finance world on climate change and nature, including the role of green finance and carbon compensation. I have also been the UK government advisor on climate change, and am particularly focused on how the role of wood in construction can support the UK in meeting its legally binding climate change targets.
